Role of the course within the specialist training scheme: The aim of workshop is to further develop students? knowledge and skills from new vantage points in accordance with the study scheme of the professor.
Course description, major areas of study (per semester): The course is concept- or material-centred, in accordance with the thematic prescribed by the professor.

Zoltán Karmó - 1st year students
For 1st year students the workshop program comprises part of the curriculum of the first 2 semesters: stone carving exercises based on individually formulated plans presented at the end of the second semester.

Ádám Farkas - 2nd through 5th year students
In 2001 our class launched a "land-art" program in Tihany
The chosen theme: Nature-friendly landscape sculptures
Two possible directions for the work:
1) Landscape sculptures with the use of nature's impermanent, environmentally friendly materials.
2) Fictive representation of the same theme in the form of photo, drawing, computer animation, etc.

Pál Kő - 2nd through 5th year students
The workshop practice in the first month of the academic year is integrated into the year's work.

According to Wölffin - the history of sculpture can be regarded as the history of representing the human body? (source: Péter Cifka), and then of course came the non-figurative and the abstract?.
